Her journey is fascinating one. Cadence Grace is a Canadian singer/songwriter and discovered she had chronic myeloid leukemia – you have to listen to hear how.  
What a God moment!  She is deep in the complications, deep in trying to survive daily, but her strength and determination is unreal.  I feel so blessed she shared with us.
