This Past Weekend Before Cadence Grace Headed to Ottawa for the CMAO Awards, she attended the Annual CML Conference where she picked up the award for Extraordinary CML Story.

Just Two Months after her Bone Marrow Transplant due to Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Grace got to celebrate her second life with her CML Network friends and family, and got to share a special hug with her transplant physician, Dr. Jeff Lipton.
